Meet the leaders

Southlands leadership team consists of 3 eldership couples who oversee and administer the affairs of the Church. The elders are supported by a small team of deacons. According to scripture we believe that the local church is autonomous and that the eldership is the highest form of authority in the local church.

Guy is an elder and he leads the leadership team with his wife, Steph. They have two children: Daniel and Sophie.

Damien is an elder and with his wife Karen lead a home group that meets in Horley. They have three children: Tristan, Keagan and Kayley.

Terry is an elder and with his wife Laura lead a home group that meets in Charlwood. They have four children: Tod, Gus, Max & Daisy and they live on a farm.

Gen is a deacon and heads up the children's ministry. Her husband Simon has oversight of excellence in our buildings and facilities. Their little boy is called Ryan.

Clint and Lorraine are deacons and lead a home group that meets in Horley. Lorraine is the church administrator. They have a daughter, Sam and a son, Jared.
